Problems opening folders

Double clicking a folder opens a search in that folder rather then opening
the folder. I can still get into folders by right clicking and selecting open
but I want to get back to opening folders by double clicking them. What do I
do?

Click Start | Run, type in:
regsvr32 /i shell32.dll
Click Ok.
