Problems on Vista with WinRar

Hey,
I'm using winrar with vista ultimate, doues anyone knows how to make it
identified program or give it accesses because its weary unhand full when
you have always Allow it and extract to..... u cant use extract here on
right click and extract to fodername and so on...
does anyone know a solution to this problem ?

What problem? I'm not sure if English is your second language but "weary
unhand full" doesn't make a lot of sense. What are you trying to do, and
what happens exactly?

I'm using WinRar 3.51 without any such problems. Maybe you are using
an older version ?

Or, maybe its because you extract to a location where you don't have
rights ?

Try to explain in more detail.

uninstall winrar and reinstall it without the shell integration option i.e.
without having the "extact to..." item in context menu
