Problems now occurring with outlook express

To all those who are interested in my current problem with Hotmail.

I have taken the following steps:-

1.Ran a Norton utility scan. (no Viruses)

2. Created a new hotmail account in lieu of old one.It works
perfectly.

3. Today Outlook express refuses to delete messages in inbox. Get
message "This message cannot be deleted". I would like to reinstall
outlook express from web site, but do not know how to acess it.

What is happening and what is the solution besides reinstalling winXP?

I tried system restore and check error function in properties of " my
computer" It won't check errors either. It does a check disk after
restarting only.

Please post back to your original thread.

Reinstalling OE, IE or even Windows is not the fix.
