Problems moving mail...

I have a pst that has some mail I want to move. I can not move the mail
ANYWHERE!
I have tried to move it to a different PST, I get an error, I try moving it
to a new folder in the same PST , and I get errors.
The PST is 120 MB (125,960,192 bytes). I have ran scanpst, it did not report
any errors. Here is the log:

The errors I am getting are:
If I try to drag and drop to a another PST: (one or more items, randomly
tested many differant items)
Can't move the items. The item could not be moved. It was either already
moved or deleted, ar access was denied.

If I try to right click and move to a different PST:
The item could not be moved. It was either already moved or deleted, ar
access was denied.

Whne trying to "COPY" I get "The item may
not have been deleted correctly. If someone has sent you the item,
that persons copy of the item may not be updated. The value for Appointment
Busy Status is not valid. Check your code.
(there are some appointment confirmations etc, I am not really worried about
these)
The items appear to have copied but, I am not sure. The item count is the
same, but size is diff
Source112726 KB
Destination:112346 KB

If I try to move by drag and drop from the SAME PST to a new folder, I get
"Can't move the items." (no matter how many or which ones)

If I try to move by right click and then selecting the folder, I get
"The messaging interface has returned an unknown error. If the problem
persists, restart outlook" I have done this several times, rebooted the OS
as well....)

Help.....

Thanks

Hi Bruce,

CAUSE
This issue may occur if an explicit deny is set for the Everyone group on
one of the following permissions on the root public folder tree:
Create public folder
Create top level public folder
Create named properties in the information store
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, remove the explicit Deny for the Everyone group on
these permissions:
Start Exchange System Manager.
Under the Folders object, right-click the Public Folders object, and then
click Properties.
Click the Security tab, and then click the Everyone group.
Click to de-select the Deny check box for the three following permissions:
Create public folder
Create top level public folder
Create named properties in the information store
Click Apply, and then click OK to close the properties.

What makes you think this is an Exchange issue? The OP explicitly said
"PST".
