problems logging onto other sites

I have recently found it impossible to log on to other sites e.g. to mygas
supplier when sending readings and to another account showing properties in
france. I start to enter my account ID mainly my e-mail address but get only
a few letters done when evrything turns off . according to MSN downloading
uodates should help( done automatically) but doesn't help. SAnyone else with
this problem or a good samaritan who knows the answer. thanks in advance
 
Open IE, tools, options, Content Tab
Clear, then turn off AutoComplete
Restart Windows, and turn it back on.
You will lose all saved passwords.
