Problems installing Office 2003 Pro

I have been trying to install Office 2003 Pro, and every attempt
make I keep getting the following message :

The windows installer service could not be accessed. This can occu
if you are running Windows in safe mode, or if the Windows Installe
is not correctly installed

Well, as far as I am aware, I am not running in safe mode, but how d
I know if my Windows Installer is correctly installed, and if i
isn't how do I go about rectifying it

Hi ... Have you look into your add and remove programs area to see if its
listed ? If not, Then just go to windows update site and download it
