Problems installing network printers in Vista

I have 2 desktop computers running Windows XP Home that are connected to my
network via a hub and cat-5 cables. I can transfer files and print on
either printer from either computer. I have a laptop computer with Windows
Vista ultimate on it, connected wireless to my network using the same hub
which also has a wireless card in it. I can transfer files no problem but
when I try to install a printer I get the following errors: For the HP
printer I get, "Cannot connect to the printer, access denied." For the
lexmark printer, it gets as far as asking for permission to install the
drivers but after I click to start installing drivers, I get the following
error: "Windows cannot connect to the printer (error 0x000003e3)"

If anyone has any useful information on how to solve my problem, I would be
greatly appreciative.

Thank You

I have the same set up - 2 desktops with XP and a laptop with Vista.
Make sure you have "file sharing " set to "ON" on the Vista machine and then
you may need to download Vista drivers to the laptop for the printers to get
"installed" so you can use them. Especially if you get an "insufficient
memory" error message. (The memory is not the problem - it is the drivers
issue.)

I also have a total of 5 printers attached to the 2 desktops. The only one
that I had to download the Vista drivers for was a SAmsung CLP-510. All the
other drivers installed to the laptop with no problem.

Hope you have your setup working now.
