Problems installing DeskJet Printer in XP

Hi,

I have a DeskJet 830C that I want to connect to my
machine. However, when I tried to install it I cannot find
the driver in Windows XP. Based on the article 293378 of
the KB this printer is included already in Windows XP. I
have tried to manually install new hardware and listing
all the devices, but I cannot find the printer either. Any
ideas?

By the way, I updated to SP1a and installed the security
patches in windows Update.

It is included with XP. Go through the Add Printer wizard. When
you get to the dialog box with the printers listed, select HP
from the manufacturer's side of the window, then scroll through
the list of printers. I found it without any problems.
