Problems inserting clipart

im trying to insert clipart into word. All it keeps saying is

Error! Not a valid embedded object.

How do i sort this ?

How are you trying to insert the clipart? Are you using Insert=>Picture=>Clipart or Insert=>Picture=>From File? (It sounds like you
may be using Insert=>object

What version of Word and Windows and what type of clipart file?

Its Word 2003, xp-pro.

I was using

Insert=>Picture=>Clipart
