Clipart signature at end of Word document

I want to include a clipart of a signature at the end of a document. Is there
anyway to keep the clipart from being copied by anyone receiving the
document? Is there some other way to include a signature that is secure?
Thanks in advance for any help.

Yes there is. Go to insert and click on insert picture. Browse and select
the picture by clicking once on the picture. Don't double click or it will
add it to the document. You don't want to do that yet. Instead when you
click once you will still have the insert picture window open. At the bottom
of that window there is a Tools button. Click on the Tools button and go to
Properties. On the properties window you will see a button that says
advanced. Click on Advanced. On the advanced attributes you will see a
check box for Encrypt Contents to Secure Data. Check that box and select OK.
Select Apply then Okay and Insert your picture. That should secure your clip
art.

Thanks for your quick response but this isn't working. I followed the
instructions and then emailed the document to someone else. They were still
able to copy and paste the clip art. Any other suggestions?

Absolutely not. Anything that you insert in a document can be copied. The
only way to stop someone from ever copying your signature is never to let
them see it.
