Problems in Table Views

We use a custom Appointment Form that utilizes a number of custom fields.

We would like to use a Table View to review the data, however some of those
custom fields do not populate the View (yet others do appear).

I was not the programmer of the form, but I do have access to him should I
need to ask a question.

My question is basically this: why would some custom fields appear in a
table view, but other will not?

To be sure I understand the problem - all of the appointments have a value
in a specific custom field but only some show it in the table view?

If the problem is that there are several custom fields but only some of the
fields show in the view, did you add them to the folder?
