Problems Deleting files

Every time I right click on a file under deleting or removing files from my
computer it takes me back to my desk top. I am a computer dummie and need
help.

Karol,

It looks like the shell (explorer.exe) has crashed and restarted
automatically. This is most likely caused by buggy shell extensions.
