problems connecting

I've just upgraded Sage accounts package. Now can't access Outlook. message
states 'can't open business contact manager' then outlook closes. Seems
there's no connection to the server.

I don't know about the Sage package. You can try removing the BCM
store from your mail profile. You can get to the profile via the
Control Panel Mail applet.
