Problems after installing SP3 on win2k + sp1 work stations

We have 8 workstations (without server) running win2k with
SP1 - three days ago, I've installed SP3 on each
workstation and after taht:

1. As an administrator from one station I can still
control other machines via mmc and administrative tools.

2. I can't do anymore stuff like this from my machine in
administrative mode:
2.1. Can't share folders on other computers - they say
that I'm logged as user without eny permissions.
2.2. Can't do anything in folders > properities > security
tab - can't remove or add any user to acces this folder -
system says, that I'm user without any permission, and ask
me to log.

What can be the matter - before SP3 everything was fine.

The problem is in domain security policy. You will need to define the
policies and add admin group
