My laptop suddenly had a device failure and the screen went all wierd.
Anyway, I restarted, and it came up with my background desktop picture only.
It was as though explorer.exe wasn't running, but checking in the processes,
it said it was. Killing it, and then running it again from the New Task/Run
box, it works normally with the taskbar etc...
Any ideas?!!?!?!
