Problem

Hey Friends!
I am dialup user and for internet browsing I have to use
the proxy, the problem is when I visit some web pages even
that are not related with porn web site, I cant visit that
pages. I can see on there "URL" like that message. So
friends help me to solve this problem. Is there any free
software, which can solve this issue? I think it's because
of proxy which one we are using in dialup setting but how
can I solve this. Mostly dialup user they have the same
problem in this country.

proxy servers out of firewall.

Dear, there is no any problem with our ISP's and there
DNS, at very beginning I mention that in this country we
have restricted Internet that's why it's happening, I was
asking is there a way even we are in this kind of
environment and we can use the full Internet.
