Problem with zonealarm on windows xp home, please help?

I am running Windows XP Home, and I have ZoneAlarm v4
installed and my computer has two user names, my sister
is on a limited account and I have the full one.
Everytime my sister logs in, ZoneAlarm always pops up
saying getting started with ZoneAlarm. This never happens
on my Username only on hers, I have tried putting her
username on a full account but it's still the same
problem. Can anyone help me, please? I need your help,
thanks very much!

What do the help files in Zone Alarm say? Have your sister run through the
Zone Alarm set up for her account and you should stop seeing those messages.
Zone Alarm is trying to set itself up for her account. This is only one of
the reasons I do not use multiple accounts. It's an idea that sounds great,
but is a mess to use. It causes more problems that it is worth.
