Problem with XP/Front page?? Error 1706.

Anytime I do anything related to the internet or any
microsoft office program (open my browser, or opening up
this newsgroup for instance) it results in a window for
microsoft front page 2002 that sais "Please wait while
Windows configures Microsoft FrontPage2002". The next
window sais "the feature that you are trying to use is on
a CD ROM or other removable disk that is not available".
I dont understand why this keeps popping up, all of the
microsoft xp programs DO work fine, and so does my
browser but the message continues to come up. How can I
go about fixing this problem???
