Problem with XP Embedded OS build Display size

Despite downloading the appropriate intel graphics drivers and dell monitor
drivers, adding them to the repositories, creating components, adding the
components to the component database and then making them part of my
component list, the OS that I build always comes up in 800x600 mode and
doesn't allow me to get to 1024x768. In the settings tab of the Display
Properties dialog, it always says default monitor even though I had the Dell
monitor driver added. Any thoughts on what I might be missing or some
component I need?

Hi,

Plug & Play display component work just fine for all displays I tested it on.
What chipset do you use?

If Intel AGP. Please check sure that you have GART driver. (you should be able to see agp440.sys in system32\drivers folder)
Also from device manager check and see that all your drivers are installed and working. (Also find the one with agp440.sys)
