Problem with windows resizing and clicking on animated things.

Every time I load a link or anything like that I always have to resize. Also
whenever I roll my mouse pointer over on a video that is playing or anything
that is animated a square box appears around it and a capton pops up that
says click if you want to use this control. Any help will be appreciated.

Hii these are tools provided for ur ease if u dont wish to use them simply
disable them
Goto IE > Tools > Intenet options > Advanced :
now scroll down to multimedia section select automatic image resizing for ur
resizing problem, disable image toolbar if u dont want an options box.
