Problem with Windows Calendar

A

Alan

Having installed Vista Ultimate some days ago I was trying out some of the
applications including Calendar, I shut it down but since then every time I
boot up Vista I get the following message: "Windows Calendar has stopped
working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows
will close the program and notify you if a solution is available."
I get no notification of any solution.
Anybody have any ideas why this is happening and how I can stop it?
Thanks,

Alan

i get the same error. I had it working fine. i'd added a few notifications.
then, i think, since adding a noification for about 4 weeks in the future i
get the error on startup.

although i can start it up fine myself. i hibernate or sleep anyway so
hopefully this wont be a problem and still provide alarms etc?

some people have had results by using Task Scheduler, finding the Windows Calendar section and the Actions tab and removing the
/reminder
from the Start a Program line

remember what you did so you can replace it if it does not work for you.
