Hi

I have a Windows 2000 Server with a big problem

I can not see the event logs. I go to "Computer Management", "Event
Viewer" and all the logs are empty (Applicantion , DNS , System , etc.)

When I go to "Computer Management" , "System Information", all the items
appear as "Unknown" (in System Summary , OS Name, Version , and all)

Do you know how can I solve it ?

The Server was installed by the old System Adminitrator and I never
could see the the Logs

Help me please

Thanks in advance

Your log file may be corrupted. Clear all events, reboot
the machine, then check the event logger again.
