Problem with win98se

Dear All,
I am using Win98se for a long time. These days I am getting very
typical problem that is my keyboard. The problem is that when I try to
use Num lock keys they don't work(numeric key pad) When I connect the
same keyboard to another machine It started working. Should any problem
with my Motherboard?
Please help me.
