problem with TV Card

I have bought a new tv card, i have installed eveything confirm the manual.
But when i reboot my pc, i get the following error: 0x0000007e (0xc0000005,
0xf6730530, 0xf78fd644, 0x0f78fd340)

I'm running:
Win xp pro
amd atlhon

tv card:
hauppauge wintv-pvr 150

Please help me???

Did you get the latest drivers from www.hauppauge.com?

Yes, i have downloaded the latest drivers and application software, i have
also tested it with 2 differend winxp versions, and they both give the same
error.

I think it is a hardware issue, because when i diable my tv card, the
problem is fixed.

I have a PVR 150 (albeit on an X64 XP o/s) and it works fine. First thing I
would try is a different PCI slot....

If that doesn't change things, contact Hauppauge, you may have a faulty
card.
