Problem with tool bars resetting

I have my tool bars set, just the way I like them, also locked via the menu
system.
Every so often when clicking on a link, all of the tool bars are reset.
What can I do to lock everything in place so that clicking on a link does
not reset my tool bars?

Hi Rick,

Some toolbars change the toolbar layout to their own preferences when IE is
started.

If you are using the MSN Search or the Yahoo Companion with tabbed browsing
toolbars then these are particuarly problematic as the toolbar layout
changes with each new tab opened.

Unfortunately there is no easy fix unless you can identify the offending
toolbars or use the default toolbar layout >Internet Options>Programs
tab>Reset web settings button.
