Problem with Time Zone

My original time zone is set to "(GMT-06:00) Guadalajara,
Mexico City, Monterrey" but when I sinchronize whit a
time server in Internet, shows me the time for the time
zone of "(GMT-07:00) Chihuahua, La Paz, Mazatlan". I
followed the instructions in the Microsoft Knowledge Base
Article - 311884 but still have an hour earlier.
Does anybody know how to fix this problem?.
