Problem with text display

For some reason, Internet Explorer is showing almost all
text in italics, and I haven't a clue on how to fix it. I
never touched any settings either. Some help would be
appreciated.

Anything enabled (checked) in IE Tools>Internet
Options>General>Accessibility?
