Problem with switch between EN and BG Keyboard

Hi, I am Bulgarian and I use Cyrilic keyboard. In the regional setings I set
decimal separator to be point(.), but when I change it to BG when I open
Notepad and press decimal separator below the numbers in the right of my
keyboard I type comma(,), when I am on EN it types point(.). I want to type
point all the time. How can I do that?

Ivan,

It is by design (same with Russian layout).

But you can use either MS Keyboard Layout Creator,
http://www.microsoft.com/globaldev/tools/msklc.mspx
or a program like Keyboard Layout Manager from
http://www.klm.freeservers.com/
(Medium Edition will be enough) to change the Bulgarian keyboard layout.
