Problem with story 3 sending e-mail please help

I put together story 3 i check preview all sound ok with music when i send it
e-mail it opens onwindow media player and it is all distorted like tiles on
faces it just looks awful what am i doing wrong please help

Could be you are viewing it at too large a size. If it's a 320x240 movie and
you watch it full screen this will happen. Also, if you are watching it
on-line and you don't have a fast enough connection speed, this won't help.

NO it is not a movie they are Digital photo taken 1600x1200 is that to big?
when i preview it at story 3 sthey look prefectly nice the music and pricture
but when i want to send it by e-mail nobody can open it and when i playe it
oln my media player on my computer they all lokk like tiles in the face
please please advise thanks in advance

The default setting when sending a story by email is to limit it to 1 MB....

Save the story to your hard drive as a higher quality one and then attach it
to your email.
