I have this message when I play songs in media player.

Windows Media Player cannot play the file because there is a problem with your sound device. There may not be a sound device installed on your computer, it may be in use by another program, or it may not be functioning properly.

can anybody tell me how I can fix it.

Thanks

IntelliSonic is just a programme, you can remove it, and it won't affect Windows Media Player..Open Computer Management, then goto Device Manager then to Sound, Video and game Controllers, and see if there are any yellow question marks showing..It might just be that a driver needs re-installing..
