Problem with Sorting

We are trying to sort 3 columns. Some are spaced diffrently and it i
telling us we need to merge to complete the sorting action. Anyon
have any ideas to why it wont sort. Its telling me its cause there ar
larger columns. But i don't think that should matter

Is the message 'The operation requires merged cells to be identically
sized'?


If so, then you are trying to sort a column that has cells merged into
another column that in not included in your sort, or you have cells
merged within a column (but not within all columns) that you are
sorting.

You need to fix this before sorting.
