Problem with Service Pack 4 update

While trying to update to SP4 my one computer gives me the
eror message (data error (cyclic redundancy check) )
anyone have any idea what the solution might be?? Any
replies much appreciated.
 
Hi Tim,

I would like to recommend that you either download or get a different piece
of media to install from. This error can mean that the data we are
installing from is not working as expected.
