Problem with Security

I am working on a database that has security enabled. I cleared the password
for the "admin" user, and now the security has been disabled. It no longer
askes for the username, and it won't let me import the forms and queires.
What have I done?

I can redo all of the queries, reports, forms, and switchboards, but I don't
want to have to do that.

What have I done?

Access only asks for the user name and password when the default Admin user
has a password assigned, so give the Admin user a password again, and then
close the database. Open it again, but log in as the owner of the database
when prompted for your user name and password. Then you can import the forms
and queries, and these new objects will all have the same owner as the
database.
