Hi,

I have setup some rules in outlook where when I receive an email containing
some words in subject and some in body a reply is sent... It works, but only
once against the same user... either it is sale rule or another one which
would send another reply for different subject and body.

Restarting Outlooks permit and receive similar email again, it sends out the
reply, but again only once... this is for any "from" address...

Is this a known issue in the rules ?

Is there any registry keys that locks reply to only 1 to avoid "flooding" a
user with auto-responder...

TIA

Yes, known and designed exactly for the reason you specify. MS didn't want
the mail client to get caught in a mail loop.

Yes,

but my "big" problem with that feature is that it does this with 2 different
rules when triggering from same email address too... i understand 1 rule 1
email 1 reply is a good thing but 2 rules 2 email 1 reply max ?! !

hehe thanks for your answer dude.
