Problem with Quick Time Program

Quick Time Program trys to setup everytime we log on
after the user has logged completely out. How can we get
this program to stop trying to setup? Thanks
 
Ummm.... what does this have to do with Outlook? Have you tried asking in a
QuickTime specific forum?
