Problem with Professional upgrade on WordPerfect 10

I recently upgraded my XP Home to XP Professional. Now I
cannot retrieve some documents that are already saved
into my WordPerfect 10 program. Can you tell me how to
fix this problem?
 
Have you tried reinstalling WP10? It may well fix it.

I have WP10 running quite happily on Win XP Prof.
