Since calling my ISP to report a problem with my router, and recieving
instructions to change settings over the phone. I have not been able to open
URL links from Outlook. If I click on a link within an email a box appears
saying locate link browser. is's very much like and file save box.

I have looked through my security setting for our look, but I cannot see
anything that relates to URL links.

PLease does anyone know the solution to my problem?

Probably best asked in an Outlook newsgroup.

you might check/verify the changes that were given over the phone.
even call them again.

you might have a better chance of getting help by posting to an specific OUTLOOK news group.

Control Panel | Add or Remove Programs | Set Program Access and Defaults
Make sure Internet Explorer is the default browser.
