problem with Outlook Express after SP-2

My e-mails in Outlook Express blocks all images with the
red Xs and if I click on the info bar the images still do
not appear.
 
In OE, under Tools, Options, Security tab - uncheck (under Downloaded images) -
Block images and other external content in HTML email.
