problem with outlook express 6.0

when i try to send messages using the outlook express i get this error

10060 error: 0x800CCC0E on port 25 canno connect to server smtp. i have
many computers and it works on all of the but this one i dunno if i have a
firewall installed or why its not sending using port 25. Does anybody know.

It recieves messages fine but it just wont send.....

Check both the FQN ( Fully Qualified Name ) for your account &
also that the option "Outgoing Server Requires Authentification" is
checked.

Disable your AV incoming and outgoing scanning. If using Norton or MacAfee it is best to uninstall them via their uninstall tool available at their site and then reinstall them without the email integration feature.

Automatic incoming and outgoing scanning is not needed. It only creates a multiple of problems and issues.Your resident AV will still catch any virus coming in .

Disable email scanning by your anti-virus application. It provides no
additional protection and even Symantec says it's not necessary:

Ask in a group with OE in the title. Notice this group LACKS that.
