I have just updated Office to 2003. I opened Outlook and for the first
little while (half hour perhaps) it worked fine. I then installed Frontpage
2003.

After this there is now a persitent error in Outlook. When I have the Inbox
view (or any mail view) the right hand window which is meant to give a
preview of the messages has this written over a grey background: "This item
cannot be displayed in the Reading Pane. Open the item to read its
contents."

I then endeavour to open the item and I get and error message saying: "Can't
open this item. Out of memory or system resources. Close some windows or
pragrams and try again."

I do not have any other programs or windows running.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

Tom

BTW I've checked the Microsoft Support and there it says that this error is
caused by a PGP program. Apart from the fact that I don't know what that is
there is no reference to PGP in my "Add/Remove Programs" listing.
