I've heard about this one. Make sure you have data on
your palm first of all - and lots of battery life just in
case. Uninstall your palm software, then reboot, and go
into the applications folder and look for a folder
called 'Palm' - that's your name and file. Dump that.
reboot then reinstall Palm software - make sure on re-
install you type your name etc as if it's registered for
the first time.
