Problem with opening .snp sent from Access in Outlook

Here is the problem - we have an Access database that a report is generated
in .snp format and sent in Outlook - been working fine until a couple weeks
ago - there is one receiver who cannot open this report, receives the
following error

"Cannot create file: rpt_mainfootnoteentry.snp. Right click the folder you
want to create the file in, and then click Properties on the shortcut menu to
check your permissions for the folder."

I have looked everywhere for this folder they are referencing and can't find
it - however the strange thing is if I change the report name to something
else it can be opened along with any other .snp files sent to this outlook -

Has anyone ran into this before and know of a solution? I hate to have to
change the report name as I have multiple things tied to it.

Thanks

I will look but why can I open other .snp emails without a problem?
Thanks

When you open an attachment directly from within Outlook it will first save a
copy to a subfolder of the Temporary Internet Files folder. Cleaning out the
folder will solve the issue.
Does the user receive the same .snp file often?

Yes, several times a day - and the day that it stopped working they were
inputting several footnotes and looking at them after mailing then it started
giving this error

Thank you so much the tool worked perfectly!! We now can view the reports as
before.
