Problem with opening links

L

Logan

Whenever I click on a link, it opens a new window. It's
the window for the link I clicked on, but I can't see it.
The window is on the taskbar, but there is no window. If I
hit F11 to make it fullscreen, I can see it, but normal
size doesnt work. I've tried uninstalling my pop-up
blocker and reinstalling IE6. None of it works. Please
help. I've also tried ad-aware.

Reset Internet Explorer Window Placement - fix:
http://www.mvps.org/sramesh2k/reg/IEPlacement.reg

Download the REG file, close all browser windows and double-click it. It just resets the Windows_Placement value in the registry.

The reg file didn't work. Its for an older version I
think. The file did tell me what to change, so I went into
the registry myself and figured it out. Thanks a lot,
everything is working fine now.

No, the header is REGEDIT4. So it works for all Operating Systems.
