problem with network connection

I am trying to connect to linksys unmanaged switch from my vista notebook
but i am getting (limited or no connectivity). when I connect to the same
switch from any other XP notebook I don't have any problem..

how can I fix this?
 
I am having the same issue when I come back from standby. Please let me know
if you figure this out.
