Problem with .NET addin example

Hello,

I have a question about a VB.NET addin and I was hoping that someone could
help me out. I have read the following MSDN article:
http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/library/en-us/dnout2k2/html/odc_oladdinvbnet.asp

I downloaded the sample and got it running, but I noticed a bug that I can't
seem to work around. If I launch the program via the debugger, I can use it
and it functions normally. However, if I run the program via the debugger
and then manually launch a second instance of Outlook, there is a problem.
The program works fine in both explorers, however, when the explorers are
closed down, outlook remains in memory.

I traced through the shutdown procedure, and it seems to be shutting down
properly, but Oulook remains in memory none the less.

Is anybody here actively developing Outlook add-ins in .NET that could help
me out? I would appreciate it, as I am trying to migrate an application
from VB6.

Thanks,

Jon
