Hello,
I recently installed the Windows XP Home Version to my
computer. I had Windows ME and upgraded to XP. I have
been having trouble using my programs from my version of
Windows ME. I thought that Windows XP would just convert
my programs from ME when i installed XP. These programs
are Microsoft Word, Adaptec CD creator, etc. I actually
have found icons for these programs in my program files
but when i click on them it says that the file doen't
exist. Am I going to have to re-install these programs
to XP or is there an easier way to just transfer them to
XP without going thru the installation process?

Your question was answered in your previous post. Please keep to one
