Problem with My Documents Folder

Wanna Know

When I go to My Documents folder I notice that there is a large blue musical
note in the bottom left hand corner, now from what I know it's impossible to
customize this folder so I have no idea how this has happened, does anyone
have any idea how I can restore this folder to its
