Problem with MSOLAP80.DLL

I get the message "ClassFactory cannot supply requested class" when I enter
the "Change the way users log on and off" screen in the User Accounts.

In searching for this problem in the Knowledge Base I found a resolution for
Windows 2000, nothing specific to XP.

Does anyone know about a fix for XP or will the fix for Win 2000 work in my
XP system?
