Problem with modem installation (UpdateDriverForPlugAndPlayDevices)

Hi

Well, i have to install modem from .inf file programatically. I tried to
used function
UpdateDriverForPlugAndPlayDevices.
I have problem with function UpdateDriverForPlugAndPlayDevices. When I'm
using it under Windows XP it works fine, but under Win 2k it ends with
error. Where is the problem? I checked it in MSDN and this function should
works under 2k....
Could someone help me?
