Problem with Limited Acct after installing program in Administrato

I have a trial version of FranklinCovey PlanPlus.
I installed it under my Administrator account.
My Limited Account tries to install it, too, over and over and over again.
I have difficulty using my Limited Account because of this.
Eventually, a dialog box asks for my Administrator password.
I use a password to log onto my Administrator account, but the dialog box in
the Limited account rejects it.
OK, help!
(1) how can I authorize installation in my Limited Account?
(2) isn't my Administrator LogOn Password the same as the password the
dialog box is asking for?

Hi,

1) Change permissions on the installation folder. Give the limited user
read, write, and execute permissions.

2) Yes. Make sure the capslock is in the correct position.

Hi Rick,
thank you for the response.
1) Per your footnote, I accessed the knowledge base article. That had good
information, although my program doesn't have a security tab, just General,
Sharing and one other.
2) Capslock was off, but thank you for the reminder ;^}
3) I'll experiment with the various suggestions made by the KB article and
see if there's success in there!

Hi Kathy,

To view the Security settings tab, you must either disable simple file
sharing (Pro) or restart in Safe mode and logon as administrator (Home). It
is not visible in either installation as part of the default installation.

If you have XP Pro, open My Documents, Tools > Folder Options > View >
uncheck Use simple file sharing (last item on the list).

You'll have the Security tab now.
